Print Purchases
Exact size of print sometimes varies from stated standard sizes (Example: a print listed as 11" x
14" inches may actually print at 10.9" X 13.5" depending on the original size of the image. We
recommend you do not purchase frames or mats until you receive your prints). Prints will be
mailed rolled in a tube.

Shipping & Handling
In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 days from the time an order is placed. Orders will be
shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Prints not in stock require one week
production time before they can be shipped.
Payment Policies
Orders paid by money order, cashier's or certified check will be shipped promptly upon receipt of
payment. Personal checks must be received and clear prior to the order being shipped
(approximately 21 days). I accept billing statements from companies that have an up an account
with me. To set up a business account with Art World Plus call me at 907-745-7311. I also
accept payments by PayPal.
Return Policies
Defective merchandise will be replaced. Other items may be exchanged or refunded if they are
returned in like-new condition in the original packing tube or box. Please include an explanation
of the reason you are returning an item and send it via U.S. mail to:
